Q1. Why do you charge a Service Call Fee?

A1. There are numerous costs involved that we need to cover including Public Liability Insurance, Electrical Licensing, vehicle maintenance and fuel, advertising and phone costs.  Before our technician arrives at your door, we have invested in his training, tools and equipment and a stock of spare parts. 

Q2. Do you charge by the 1/4 hour or a flat rate?

A2. All our quotes are a flat rate.  You will only be charged that amount, regardless of how long it takes to fix your appliance, thus giving you peace of mind and avoiding any unexpected costs.

Q3. Do you have to take my appliance away with you?

A3. In most instances we will endeavour to repair your appliance in your home.

Q4. How and when do I pay?

A4. We accept payment by cash, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) and EFTPOS.  All payments must be made, in full, at the time of repair.
